1.5 to 2 hours for Bath & Tidy and Puppy Intros.

Working with dogs is unpredictable, so exact times are hard to determine.
If you need your dog back by a certain time, let us know when you make your appointment and we can accommodate.

As soon as your dog's new hairdo is finished, we will contact you for collection.

Severely matted dogs will be shaved off for their care and wellbeing.

De-matting is not included in the price of our grooms and will be charged at £1/minute. This cost contributes towards our extra time and the wear caused to our grooming tools.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give us 48 hours advance notice, to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.

If less than 48 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment.

No-shows will be expected to pay for the missed appointment before scheduling a new one.

We recommend starting a puppy with grooming as soon as they get they are allowed walkies (usually at 3-4 months). The earlier, the better. It’s ideal to come every 2-3 weeks for a bath and tidy for the first 6 months so we can train your pup and get them used to the grooming process.

Due to health and safety of both humans and dogs, only staff are allowed in the grooming area.
